50 years of Livit.
2006 April
Implementation of the One Spirit project. Both offices in Zurich are brought under one roof in Altstetterstrasse 124.
2001 July
Sale of Régie Schmid SA.
2000 June
Integration of Uto Albis AG and Régie Schmid SA. The merger with Uto Albis sees the integration of the Chur and Lucerne offices into Livit.
1999 Spring
100% takeover of the UBS shareholding in Livit by Rentenanstalt/Swiss Life.
1998 January
Acquisition of the property management division of Rentenanstalt/Swiss Life. Rentenanstalt and UBS have a 49%/51% shareholding.
1993 February
Opening of the office in Geneva.
1987 September
Opening of the office in Ticino – Lugano.
1987 February
The first office in western Switzerland is opened in Lausanne.
1977 September
Another Livit office is opened in Solothurn.
1975 July
Opening of the office in Berne.
1974 September
The third Livit office is opened in St. Gallen.
1972 February
After 8 successful years, the second Livit office is opened in Basel.
1964
Shortly after the establishment of the company, business operations commenced in Zurich. The entry in the Commercial Register read: administration, letting, leasing, placement, acquisition redevelopment and sales of properties of all kinds, including condominiums.
1963 November
Livit is established on 6 November 1963 as a subsidiary of Intrag AG in Zurich. Its remit was to manage the investment funds of Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC).
