With the Steinersmatt project in Stans, Livit Construction Management realised the most comprehensive renovation project to date while the properties were occupied: 13 buildings with a total of 75 tenants were comprehensively renovated and upgraded. Despite challenging conditions, Livit Construction Management successfully completed the project.
Throughout the entire project, the construction management team was faced with several challenging factors: global supply shortages due to the pandemic, personnel changes in the project organisation and, not least, the need to carry out all construction work while the buildings were still in use. Close coordination with all parties involved and careful planning made it possible to modernise both the interior and exterior spaces - in active exchange with the tenants and minimal impact on their living quality.

Thanks to Livit Construction Management's structured project management, the complex renovation project was implemented to the full satisfaction of the owner. The tenants are also pleased, particularly with the new kitchens and modernised bathrooms, which significantly improve their living quality.
