Livit AG has been managing the Glatt shopping centre since 2020 and employs around 60 people there. The Glatt shopping centre is its very own microcosm and all of our employees know that they are an essential part of it. From facility management, administration and marketing to the Müsliburg crèche service, we cover a wide variety of jobs here.

Location
With its excellent location between the city centre of Zurich and the airport, the Glatt is very well connected. There are a total of 4,500 free parking spaces for those arriving by car. Those who are using public transport can take advantage of the various direct connections to the shopping centre.
Job profiles at Glatt
Building services
Our Facility Service employees look after the operation and maintenance of the building and car park. This extensive area is managed by specialists in a number of different roles: Building services/HVAC, central building control, electronics, technical operations, waste management and cleaning. The facility management team conducts regular inspections, carries out repair and maintenance work, ensures cleanliness and power supply, and supports and assists with construction projects at the Glatt shopping centre.
Administration and information
Our Administration and Information team not only ensures the smooth operation of the centre, but also takes on tasks that are unique to the Glatt – such as managing the centre’s own currency, the ‘Glatttaler’. In addition, our employees at the information desks in the Glatt are there for our shoppers, and those at the reception of the centre management are the first point of contact for business tenants and suppliers.
Marketing
The Glatt strengthens its brand identity through targeted marketing. Our creative team is constantly coming up with fresh ideas and concepts for the website and social media, collaborations with influencers, events, community management, press work and sponsorships.
Müsliburg, children’s paradise
The Müsliburg offers entertainment and fun for up to 100 children with a wide range of attractions such as a dragon cave, giant slide, bouncy castle, cinema and many other things to keep them amused. While the parents are in the shopping centre, our experienced team looks after our young guests. Every day, we place the greatest emphasis on friendliness and safety – especially when checking the children in and out.
