Property management job profiles at Livit

Department/Location Manager

You have management responsibility for a department or location and ensure operational property management in terms of property management contracts and Livit policy. You carry out your work in conjunction with all other areas of the company. You manage and supervise your employees personally and professionally, provide advice on large projects and offer assistance in the event of complaints or difficult legal cases. You are responsible for budgets and quality levels, handle special tasks and project work, and, together with Quality Management, optimise service provision processes on an ongoing basis. Your tasks also include handling the acquisition of property management portfolios and preparing quotes.

 

Property Management Team Lead

You lead your Property Management team personally and professionally and develop and implement specialist strategies for property management. Depending on the department structure, you are responsible for representing the department or location manager and will manage a demanding real estate portfolio. You also represent the homeowners before arbitration agencies and develop renovation proposals for the property owners.

Senior Property Manager

You independently oversee the entire management of a complex portfolio of properties. You are responsible for the active management of residential, commercial and other properties. You carry out inspections and handovers of rental properties, advise tenants, property owners and Facility Management, etc., ensure property maintenance in accordance with the management contract and carry out periodic property inspections and condition assessments, including drawing up the requisite condition reports. Depending on the department structure, you may also be responsible for representing the Team Lead.

Property Manager

You are responsible for the active management of residential, commercial and other properties. You independently oversee a real estate portfolio, carry out property inspections and handovers, ensure proper maintenance of the properties, prepare market analysis, reports and budgets, advise tenants and Facility Management, market commercial rental space, conduct inspections of business properties, and lead contract negotiations. You work closely with the Real Estate Accounting department and may participate in internal projects.

Junior Property Manager

At Livit, the role of Junior Property Manager allows you to take on lots of responsibility, even at an early stage of your career. You independently oversee a simple real estate portfolio, carry out property inspections and handovers, ensure proper maintenance of the properties and assist with supervision of Facility Management. Depending on the departmental structure, you may also take part in contract negotiations.

Administrator

You support the real estate manager at work, handle rental contracts, organise and monitor maintenance and renovation work, act as the point of contact for tenants, property owners, tradespeople and official agencies, and process vendor invoices.
