Livit takes over the new-build project FIDELIO from Swiss Life and the Swiss Life Investment Foundation

Livit’s rental management team will be responsible for the first-time rental and management of the new-build project FIDELIO in St. Gallen. The modern development comprises 207 residential units and commercial premises in seven properties and is being built on a multifaceted residential site. The marketing launch is scheduled for autumn 2026, and the property will be ready for occupation from autumn 2027.

Attractive residential and commercial space in an up-and-coming neighbourhood

The new-build project FIDELIO is creating attractive new residential space in the up-and-coming St. Gallen neighbourhood of St. Finden. The seven new buildings will comprise 207 modern rental apartments, 900 m2 of commercial space, a community room and carefully designed open spaces. The owners are focusing on stylish architecture, intelligent floor plans and a natural environment in the construction process.

Innovative presentation leads to mandate success

Livit is delighted with the trust placed in it and the forthcoming task. In addition to the long-standing and successful collaboration with the institutional owners, an innovative presentation of the offer, which included a location video, was also a decisive factor. The entire St. Gallen rental management team was involved in this.

In addition, passers-by were interviewed on site to incorporate authentic impressions and voices from the neighbourhood. This enabled valuable insights to be gained into what is particularly valued in the neighbourhood, whether people would consider moving into the new building and what services are currently lacking.
