Livit Construction Management successfully oversaw tenant improvements for PH Zurich (PHZH) as part of a client mandate. In close collaboration with the architect, construction management and numerous specialist departments, modern, functional and high-quality working and learning environments were created on two floors - on schedule, cost-effectively and with a high-quality standard.
The renovation included the first floor covering 1,716 m² and the second floor covering 604 m². Despite a tight schedule and complex requirements, the project was completed on schedule. PHZH's scheduled occupation underscores the efficient project management by Livit Building Management.
A central factor for success was the direct, solution-oriented communication between all project participants. Regular coordination meetings and close collaboration with Livit Management contributed significantly to the successful implementation.
Particularly pleasing: the project was not only delivered on budget, but under budget, thanks to the cost-effective, and target-oriented project support.
An impressive spatial concept
The premises are aesthetically pleasing, stylish and well thought out. A successful combination of inviting lounge areas, modern learning zones and functional office spaces creates optimal conditions for productive work and creative exchange.
The project impressively demonstrates how good communication and interdisciplinary collaboration lead to convincing results - a successful example of efficient building management with the highest standards of quality and design.
