With the myLivit app, you can quickly and easily submit your requests to us, schedule appointments with craftsmen, and register claims - all digitally, at any time, and even in offline mode.

Not a Livit tenant yet, but interested in an apartment? Apply with the shorter, mobile-friendly application form. Once you have been accepted for an apartment, you can sign the tenancy agreement directly on the portal by "swiping". There's no need to send it by post or wait for the countersigned copy: you've never had your rental contract signed and sealed so quickly!

To make the application even more convenient for you, myLivit was developed as a web-based solution. For you, this means no app download, no updates on your part, and hardly any storage space. You can find more information about this in the FAQ.

What is myLivit?

myLivit is the tenant portal. It enables you to sign your rental agreement digitally, view your contract documents and claims easily, online and at any time and allows you to check the processing status. The range of functions is constantly being expanded.

How do I register with myLivit?

Once you have been accepted for an apartment, you will receive an e-mail with your login details and a link to the portal. After registering, you can log in via

Please note: Not all Livit properties have been released for the tenant portal yet. 

How does the digital application work?

It’s quite simple: You will receive a link by e-mail when you request a viewing. If you would like to apply for the apartment, please fill in the online form. Your application will then be reviewed. If you have been accepted, you will receive an e-mail giving you access to the myLivit tenant portal. This will then contain your contract documents. Once you have checked the details of the contract, you can "sign" digitally by simply swiping to the right on the appropriate bar.  

How long do I have to wait before my application for an apartment is accepted or rejected?

As a rule, the process takes less than one working week from receipt of the application to acceptance or rejection. In exceptional cases, the process may take longer.

Can I use myLivit on my smartphone?

Yes. We recommend using it via a smartphone.
It's easiest if you save the web page as an app on your home screen - that way you can use myLivit as a proper app.
