Marketing and first-time rental of a new building site with 189 apartments and 725 m2 of commercial space distributed across three buildings.

When viewings become an experience

A tour of a property wearing construction site clothing? This special experience was a lot of fun for the prospective tenants of the four new rows of buildings in Allschwil. This future-focused project offers intergenerational living space and was skilfully showcased by our rental team, who also organised the eventful viewings. We are delighted that all the properties have been rented out and that we have already been awarded a follow-up contract from the satisfied client.

Our rental specialists reduced the vacancy rate of the apartments by more than 8 per cent within a year.

Two floors, one challenge

368 m2 distributed over two floors, one of which has a sloping roof. To make matters worse, there is an oversupply of office space in the St. Gallen area. A difficult but not impossible undertaking for Livit’s rental team, who accepted the rental instruction and found a suitable tenant, who moved into the entire space in autumn 2023.

Energy-efficient living in the north of Lausanne

A total of 96 housing units have been constructed on the 8,000 m2 Plaines du Loup site in the north of Lausanne. Livit Lausanne was entrusted with the marketing and first-time rental of the modern residential and commercial premises. The new building was well received and has been a complete success, with full occupation announced weeks before the official move-in date.

The Swiss Life Arena becomes a virtual reality hotspot

At the end of the year, a virtual reality game centre will take up residence at Switzerland’s most modern sports and events arena, with a premium VR experience being created across more than 500 m2. This will add an additional attraction to the home of the ZSC Lions.

Renovation with new basement apartment

The renovation of the eight apartments was undertaken in a contemporary style with open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, while all bathrooms were refreshed and expanded. 

Increasing value through refurbishment and a new storey

At the foot of Zurich's Üetliberg, two properties were completely refurbished and each extended by one storey with wooden elements.
