Since January 2024, the Livit management team has been managing the PKE Vorsorgestiftung Energie with a technical mandate for 35 properties in all language regions of Switzerland. As of 1 July 2025, the mandate will be expanded to a full mandate – including two additional properties. The diverse portfolio now comprises 37 properties, including apartments, commercial spaces and a hotel. Twelve property managers ensure professional and comprehensive care.
