Livit’s rental management team will be responsible for the first-time letting and management of the new-build project FIDELIO in St. Gallen. The modern development comprises 207 residential units and commercial premises in seven properties and is being built on a multifaceted residential site. The marketing launch is scheduled for autumn 2026, and the property will be ready for occupation from autumn 2027.

Despite a sharp rise in office vacancy rates in Basel, Livit has successfully let around 17 000 m² at VIA to the Basel-Stadt Finance Department. The building is now almost fully occupied and will have a stable, future-oriented use. 

Livit Construction Management has been supporting the restoration of a historic 16th-century granary on behalf of the property owner. The two-storey storage building with an additional attic is a listed building under cantonal monument protection and was originally used as an agricultural building with storage areas.

Livit Construction Management successfully completed a complex pipe renovation in an occupied building in Schlieren. In close collaboration with the architect and client, the modernisation of 21 apartments in three residential buildings was carried out, with a planned execution time of six weeks per pipe.

In the greater Zurich area, affordable housing is becoming increasingly challenging – especially for people on low incomes. The Domicil foundation has been committed to ensuring that people from all walks of life have a chance of finding a home for over 30 years. For the third year in a row, we are supporting this non-profit foundation with a generous donation, thereby strengthening our long-standing partnership.

The Livit rental team successfully completed the first rental of a new building with 21 apartments in the idyllic municipality of Sulgen in the canton of Thurgau. The St. Gallen branch will also take over the subsequent management mandate for homebay AG, a long-standing customer.

Livit Construction Management successfully oversaw tenant improvements for PH Zurich (PHZH) as part of a client mandate. In close collaboration with the architect, construction management and numerous specialist departments, modern, functional and high-quality working and learning environments were created on two floors - on schedule, cost-effectively and with a high-quality standard.

With the Steinersmatt project in Stans, Livit Construction Management realised the most comprehensive renovation project to date while the properties were occupied: 13 buildings with a total of 75 tenants were comprehensively renovated and upgraded. Despite challenging conditions, Livit Construction Management successfully completed the project.
