Livit Construction Management was responsible for the entire project management - from the first studies and permits to the execution and successful completion of the renovation work.
Livit Construction Management completely renovated a residential property from 1904 in a central location in Geneva over the course of two months. Thanks to thorough initial studies and careful planning of the renovation work, the kitchen could be moved and new living spaces created. The old apartment was significantly upgraded by this change, and the layout of the rooms was improved considerably.
