Two structurally connected buildings, different property owners and strict conservation requirements: the renovation of Wagenbachgasse 3 posed a particular challenge to everyone involved. Livit’s construction management team took charge of the project and construction management, coordinated the various stakeholder groups and successfully upgraded the historic building from 1768 to make it fit for the future.

In just five months, a Mövenpick Wein branch was created in Locarno, perfectly combining enjoyment and design. In a commercial space of around 300 m2, Livit Construction Management Lugano completed a high-quality interior fit-out – from the shell construction to the turnkey handover.

Livit Construction Management has been supporting the restoration of a historic 16th-century granary on behalf of the property owner. The two-storey storage building with an additional attic is a listed building under cantonal monument protection and was originally used as an agricultural building with storage areas.

Livit Construction Management successfully completed a complex pipe renovation in an occupied building in Schlieren. In close collaboration with the architect and client, the modernisation of 21 apartments in three residential buildings was carried out, with a planned execution time of six weeks per pipe.

Livit Construction Management successfully oversaw tenant improvements for PH Zurich (PHZH) as part of a client mandate. In close collaboration with the architect, construction management and numerous specialist departments, modern, functional and high-quality working and learning environments were created on two floors - on schedule, cost-effectively and with a high-quality standard.

With the Steinersmatt project in Stans, Livit Construction Management realised the most comprehensive renovation project to date while the properties were occupied: 13 buildings with a total of 75 tenants were comprehensively renovated and upgraded. Despite challenging conditions, Livit Construction Management successfully completed the project.

As part of a challenging renovation project, Livit Construction Management completely transformed this old 7-room apartment. Livit Construction Management was responsible for the entire project management - from the first studies and permits to the execution and successful completion of the renovation work.

The renovation of the eight apartments was undertaken in a contemporary style with open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, while all bathrooms were refreshed and expanded. 

At the foot of Zurich's Üetliberg, two properties were completely refurbished and each extended by one storey with wooden elements.
