A luxurious 10-room apartment in a 1930s building, located in central Geneva, underwent an extensive renovation. Great care was taken to preserve and restore the original building structure and materials. The spacious kitchen and the four bathrooms were completely redesigned.
In collaboration with the architecture office Totem Architecture, Livit successfully implemented a demanding execution plan involving complex architectural details.
The team mastered the construction challenges posed by such a complex renovation of a period property, with an impressive result.
