Modernisation of existing properties: 45 apartments successfully renovated

With the comprehensive renovation of 45 apartments at Wagenrainstrasse in Bremgarten, Livit Construction Management has successfully upgraded an existing residential property for the future. The renovation of kitchens and bathrooms was carried out in nine stages while the flats were still occupied – on time and within the planned budget. The key to the project’s success was close coordination with the owners and the careful support provided to the tenants by our property management team.

Wine meets design: the new Mövenpick Wein branch in Locarno

In just five months, a Mövenpick Wein branch was created in Locarno, perfectly combining enjoyment and design. In a commercial space of around 300 m2, Livit Construction Management Lugano completed a high-quality interior fit-out – from the shell construction to the turnkey handover.

Le Corti: First-time rental project in the heart of Locarno

Livit’s Rental Management is responsible for the first-time rental of the major renovation and urban development project «Le Corti» in the centre of Locarno. The historic building near Piazza Grande is being revitalised and transformed into a modern, multifunctional meeting place. The modern commercial spaces and rental apartments will be ready for occupancy from July 2026.

Full occupancy: international group moves into A1 Move

The A1 Move office property in Zurich Altstetten is fully let – all the premises will be occupied by June 2026. Livit brokered the last available 1,500 m2 of commercial space to an international aluminium group. Thanks to targeted market development, proactive outreach to potential tenants and efficient negotiations, a solution was promptly found that meets both the expectations of the property owners and the needs of the new tenant.

Livit takes over the new-build project FIDELIO from Swiss Life and the Swiss Life Investment Foundation

Livit’s rental management team will be responsible for the first-time letting and management of the new-build project FIDELIO in St. Gallen. The modern development comprises 207 residential units and commercial premises in seven properties and is being built on a multifaceted residential site. The marketing launch is scheduled for autumn 2026, and the property will be ready for occupation from autumn 2027.
