Livit has moved to its new location in the centre of Basel, where a modern office layout was created on an area of around 900 m², in line with the familiar Livit branch format. In addition to areas for focused work, the concept primarily calls for a variety of spaces for meetings and interaction in a friendly atmosphere.
Livit’s construction management team was responsible for coordinating the architecture office and office planner during the planning phase and handled project and construction management during the execution of the project. The fit-out was completed on time and on budget, to the satisfaction of both tenant and property owner.
