Thanks to the ongoing digitalisation of processes, Livit has been working largely paperless since 2017.

Document management system

Property and tenant documents are being digitalised, as is incoming mail, in collaboration with a scan centre.

Link-up of the legal entity address database to REM to track cases of bankruptcy.

Construction project radar

Published planning applications are linked with the Livit property database. This enables easy tracking and provides owners with the opportunity to raise objections.
