Livit is celebrating its anniversary with an eye towards the future
We have been managing properties throughout Switzerland since 1963, making us one of the oldest property managers in Switzerland. However, today we have very little in common with how ‘real estate managers’ used to operate.
We positioned ourselves as pioneers in the industry early on. Livit penned many of today’s industry standards. In line with this pioneering role, we are celebrating our 60th anniversary with customers and employees not by reflecting on the past, but by looking to the future. Because looking ahead has always been crucial for Livit’s customers – property owners and tenants alike – as well as for partners and employees.

A look to the future
How will we live and work in the future? How will our cities develop? How will the idea of sustainability change construction and renovation? We will be pursuing these questions in our anniversary year.
