If you need to contact us in an emergency: please telephone your assigned manager directly during our office hours* from 08:00 a.m. to noon and from 01:00 to 05:00 p.m.
*The Basel branch is open from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 11:00 a.m. and from 02:00 to 04:00 p.m.
Outside business hours, please contact us using the emergency hotline number. All of the contact details are displayed in the entrance area of your property.
