Our products and services

The Livit rental team takes charge of the following duties.

Planning

We help property investors with many aspects of planning. These include conducting market and location analyses, regeneration and rental concepts, evaluating the optimum usage mix, assisting with floor plan optimisation, defining user-specific development standards and estimating yields based on the current market situation.

Marketing

Once the planning is complete, we showcase the property. This includes drawing up the advertising budget, media planning, designing the mainly digital rental tools (plus the website), as well as planning and implementing rental events.

Rental

During the rental phase, we match supply and demand. We monitor expenditure within the agreed advertising budget, organise viewings and rental events, advise prospective tenants on their property search, select tenants based on personal impressions and references and conclude rental agreements.

Special support for tenants and landlords

In the case of renovation and demolition projects, we help landlords to openly communicate project decisions, personally deliver termination notices and make a detailed record of tenants’ individual needs. We also search for and arrange alternative and replacement accommodation.

Our teams are divided into four regions: west, central, south and east. 

Livit rental management is based in our Zürich-Altstetten headquarters, as well as in our Basel, St. Gallen, Bern, Solothurn, Lucerne, Lugano, Geneva and Lausanne offices.

Rental management

Job profiles at Livit rental management

Team Leader

You’re responsible for the personal and operational management of our rental consultants and compliance with our standards and processes. You also contribute to the division's development. You acquire new mandates, prepare mandate offers (including presenting/selling these to customers), provide advice before construction begins and manage marketing projects.

Marketing Associate

You actively help to prepare mandate offers, independently develop innovative, creative marketing concepts for residential and commercial properties and implement these. You coordinate external advertising partners and monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities. You look after prospective tenants, from initial contact and viewings through to contract negotiations and concluding rental agreements. You also keep in touch with clients and provide regular updates.

Rental Consultant

You process orders as part of our digital re-letting process and give prospective tenants proactive advice on available properties with the aim of finding the right rental property for them. Your remit includes arranging and conducting residential property viewings as well as matching available properties to prospective tenants’ needs. You select suitable tenants together with the property management team, including rental commitments.
